Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions work at Magical Studio AI ("Magical Studio AI", "we", "us"), how you can cancel, and how refunds work. Magical Studio AI is a browser-based web app available at https://magicalstudio.ai, and all payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.

How Subscriptions Work

Magical Studio AI offers an "Unlimited" plan billed weekly ($9.99) or monthly ($29.99). The plans include unlimited images: text to image and image to image. When you subscribe, your plan automatically renews at the end of each billing period through Dodo Payments until you cancel.

  • Plans renew automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.
  • Your payment method is charged by Dodo Payments at the standard rate for your plan.
  • You keep full access to your plan's features for the period you've paid for.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes; the total for your country is shown before you pay.

Trials

The Monthly plan starts with a 1-day trial for $1.99, once per account. The $1.99 is charged at checkout and unlocks the full plan for 1 day. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan continues at $29.99 a month from day 2 and renews every month. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until it ends and are not charged again. Trial fees are not refundable. The Weekly plan has no trial.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime, right from your account. Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel plan. Cancelling stops future billing immediately, so you won't be charged again.

  • Open Magical Studio AI in your browser and sign in.
  • Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel plan.
  • Cancelling stops all future charges, so no further renewals will be billed.

Switching Plans

If you'd like to move to a different plan, cancel your current plan first in Settings → Plan. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Then choose the new plan on the pricing page.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of the first payment of a Monthly plan, as long as you have made 5 or fewer generations since that payment.

  • The 24 hours start when that payment is made.
  • After the 1-day trial, the first $29.99 payment is the first payment of your Monthly plan.
  • Every generation counts: images, videos and tools. Failed generations do not count, and deleting one from your history does not undo it. After 6 or more generations, the payment is not refundable.
  • Weekly plans, trial fees and automatic renewals are not refundable.
  • After 24 hours, the payment is final and non-refundable.

When a refund is approved, your subscription ends and access is removed. The money goes back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments; your bank may take a few business days to show it. Payments made before 6:00 PM IST on October 2, 2026 keep the refund terms that applied when they were made. Every account also gets 5 free images a day so you can try the tools before you subscribe.

You can cancel anytime to stop future billing in Settings → Plan → Cancel plan. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for, then it will not renew.

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of the first payment through our support page with your account email. If you think you were charged in error, contact us the same way.
