Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions work at Magical Studio AI ("Magical Studio AI", "we", "us"), how you can cancel, and our no-refund policy. Magical Studio AI is a browser-based web app available at https://magicalstudio.ai, and all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How Subscriptions Work

Magical Studio AI offers weekly, monthly, and yearly "Unlimited" plans. When you subscribe, your plan automatically renews at the end of each billing period through Stripe until you cancel.

  • Plans renew automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.
  • Your payment method is charged by Stripe at the standard rate for your plan.
  • You keep full access to your plan's features for the period you've paid for.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime, right from your account. Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel plan. Cancelling stops future billing immediately, so you won't be charged again.

  • Open Magical Studio AI in your browser and sign in.
  • Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel plan.
  • Cancelling stops all future charges — no further renewals will be billed.

Switching Plans

If you'd like to move to a different plan — for example, from weekly to monthly or yearly — you don't need to cancel first. Switching takes effect immediately, and any difference is prorated automatically through Stripe.

  • Plan changes apply right away — there's no need to cancel beforehand.
  • Charges are automatically prorated based on the time remaining in your current period.

Refunds

Magical Studio AI is a digital subscription service and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any payment, including the current billing period, partial or unused time, or charges from an automatic renewal.

You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. To make sure you are not charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date in Settings → Plan → Cancel plan. After you cancel, you will not be billed again.

  • All payments are non-refundable — no refunds are provided.
  • Cancel anytime in Settings to stop all future charges.
  • Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
