Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions work at Magical Studio AI ("Magical Studio AI", "we", "us"), how you can cancel, and our no-refund policy. Magical Studio AI is a browser-based web app available at https://magicalstudio.ai, and all payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.

How Subscriptions Work

Magical Studio AI offers monthly and yearly "Unlimited" plans. When you subscribe, your plan automatically renews at the end of each billing period through Dodo Payments until you cancel.

  • Plans renew automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.
  • Your payment method is charged by Dodo Payments at the standard rate for your plan.
  • You keep full access to your plan's features for the period you've paid for.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime, right from your account. Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel plan. Cancelling stops future billing immediately, so you won't be charged again.

  • Open Magical Studio AI in your browser and sign in.
  • Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel plan.
  • Cancelling stops all future charges — no further renewals will be billed.

Switching Plans

If you'd like to move to a different plan — for example, from monthly to yearly — you don't need to cancel first. Switching takes effect immediately, and any difference is prorated automatically through Dodo Payments.

  • Plan changes apply right away — there's no need to cancel beforehand.
  • Charges are automatically prorated based on the time remaining in your current period.

Refunds

Because Magical Studio AI is an unlimited digital service, a paid plan is refundable only if you have barely used it:

  • You have made 5 or fewer generations on the paid plan. After 6 or more generations the plan is considered used and is non-refundable.

Refunds apply to the original purchase only, not to automatic renewals or any past billing period. When a refund is approved, your subscription ends and access is removed. Every account also includes free daily generations so you can try the tools before you subscribe.

You can cancel anytime to stop future billing in Settings → Plan → Cancel plan. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for, then it will not renew.
