AI Restricted Policy

1. Overview

Magical Studio AI is a browser-based AI photo and video editor available at https://magicalstudio.ai. This AI Restricted Policy (also referred to as our acceptable use or AI usage policy) sets out how our AI tools may and may not be used, and the content that is restricted or forbidden. It applies to every user, forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and covers everything you upload, prompt, or generate. By using Magical Studio AI, you agree to follow this policy.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Rights to your content: You must own, or have permission to use, every image you upload, and you are responsible for the content you generate.
  • Consent: Do not upload or edit images of other people without their consent, especially in any intimate, sexual, or misleading context.
  • Age:You must meet the minimum age set out in our Terms & Conditions to use the service.
  • Lawful use: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AI, and the results you create, comply with all laws that apply to you.

3. Restricted and prohibited content

You may not use Magical Studio AI to create, upload, or share any of the following. This list is not exhaustive, and we may act on anything we reasonably consider harmful or abusive.

  • Child safety (zero tolerance): Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly forbidden. We use automated age and nudity detection, block such attempts, and report confirmed material to the relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual and intimate imagery: Do not create nude, sexual, or "undressed" versions of real, identifiable people without their consent, and do not create intimate deepfakes of anyone.
  • Sexually explicit and adult content: Pornographic or sexually explicit content is not permitted on this platform. Prompts and images that trip our safety filters may be blocked.
  • Impersonation and misleading deepfakes: Do not create content that falsely depicts a real person or organization in order to deceive, defraud, defame, or manipulate, including fake statements, events, or endorsements.
  • Harassment, hate, and violence: No content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or demeans a person or group, promotes hatred based on protected characteristics, or glorifies violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive use: No forged documents, fake identification, counterfeit goods, scams, or any content that supports illegal activity.
  • Intellectual property: Do not use the tools to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights you do not hold.
  • Privacy of others: Do not use images or personal information of other people in ways that violate their privacy or could cause them harm.
  • Abuse of the service: No automated scraping, reselling outputs as your own service, circumventing usage limits or safety systems, or attempts to disrupt the platform.

4. Safety and moderation

To keep the platform safe, we run automated checks on prompts and images, including nudity and minor-age detection. Content that violates this policy may be blocked before it is generated, removed afterward, and flagged for review. These systems are not perfect, so we also rely on user reports and manual review.

5. Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, limit features, block your account from generating, and suspend or permanently terminate your access. Serious violations, in particular anything involving the safety of minors, may be reported to law enforcement and other authorities as required by law.

6. Reporting a violation
